Pffffff, I've tested my last dumps based on the HDDOSD. Totally useless. uLaunchELF didn't copy all files. They don't boot. What a waste of time:IreFulTwo:.

а когда будет новый дамп PSBBN 0.32 с предустановленным OPL 0.8 UlaunchELF с теми же PS1 играми что были в прошлом дампе PSBBN 0.32 плюс обещанные новые каналы с PSX(DVR) и рабочим Netfront браузером? =)
PS:кстати а есть где нибуть список каналов которые были на PSX(DVR)? и существуют ли версии этих каналов ввиде обычных сайтов?

Sad :( . People are downloading the dump and no one wants to "revive" the project with improvements.
vitas155, AKuHAK and I published enough infos and documentation to make fantastic customizations of the PSBBN.

Personally I'm not into PSBBN stuff at the moment. I've recently joined another forum, met nice guys and my experiments are more oriented to the HDDOSD and DVD Players now.

A few of my pending projects :
- SCEE Demo Disc Menu, I've posted one version of it but I have some others to post, with maybe No Intro/No SFX/No IOPIMG patches.
- Sony Utility Disc Compilation (aka SUDC), I've just posted the 2nd version, but I expect updating it with another Utility Disc...
- HDDOSD 1.00J. I will study it and try to restrict it to the Japanese Multi 2 language selector instead of the Multi 7 language selector, so it doesn't display shit when running on other OSD langs.
- RPC Hacked DVD Players, two things to do : Disable the Macrovision (green screen crap) and allow to turn Progressive Scan on when run on old Fat consoles.
- Messages, messages, messages. A lot of people asked me some help to build compilations with the SCEE Demo Disc Menu. I must find solutions to their problems.
- And last but not least, I have 20 PS2 demo discs to dump, scan, compress and upload for psxplanet.ru, along with a pile of games I've downloaded that need to be reuploaded (because of the Megaupload takedown).

Sorry guys, but sadly I can't jump back to this PS2 HDD Dumps project because of the huge charge of things I'm dealing with.
I still hope that someone comes here and take the project to glorious end with nice contributions.

krHACKen ты извини конешно, но все твои остальные проекты меня мало интересуют по многим причинам,например DVD-плееры мне лично не интересны вообще,мне хватает той версии что есть по умолчанию в моей PS2,а сборки образов с разным софтом которые я вижу ты недавно начал выкладывать мне не интересны,во первых потому что установить я их не могу так как мой лазер почти умер а во вторых там нет того установленного софта что есть в одном из твоих дампов,скачав твой образ со сборкой софта люди часто сталкиваются с тем что их PS2 уже не читает диски по причине старости,а нужного софта нет,и ничего не понимающего в этом человеку приходится искать мануалы как же установить все это вручную,но зачем ему спрашивается мучатся если можно скачать дамп и установить его парой нажатий мышкой,где уже установленно все необходимое? так что вариант с дампами для многих как минимум удобней и проще в установке,плюс наверняка я далеко не один такой человек у кого не работает лазер,все таки PS2 FAT уже очень старые и лазер к ним купить проблематично,вот и пользуются такие люди дампами,для них я его и выложил где только можно,потому что там уже есть все необходимое,лишнее можно удалить и устаналивается он буквально в 2 щелчка,единственное что я хотел бы из исправлений в дамп,это дополненный окнчательный перевод,и вернуть работоспосбность браузера в PSBBN,хотя бы на японском.Все выше сказанное лишь мое мнение и ты можешь просто не обращать на него внимание,ноя считаю свое мнение верным и хотел бы новых дампов с новыми исправлениями =)

I'm afraid I don't have these files anymore. Decrypted/unpacked ELFs can't be used without a bit of hacking (because of the ATAD and the additional HDD firmware check). So I'm cracking all osdboot.elf versions that I have whilst my PS2 demo discs are being uploaded... ... will post that as soon as I can.


vash32 opened his own "PS2 HDD Dumps" project at The Iso Zone Forums. Sorry, I don't post the link here because I think promoting another forum isn't allowed... He also mirrored SUDC2 for the masses:ng_ThumbUp: (SUDC3 is out now by the way).

Oh, and I joined ASSEMblergames lately. There's an orgy of information regarding how to customise your PS2HDD.

Sony didn't appreciate my PSBBN dump; and now they will sh*t their pants seeing that stuff exposed to everyone, with different dump authors and alternative SUDC download links. Ahahah, have a merry Christmas Zooooony.


EDIT :
SUDC3 has an experimental 48bit patched HDDOSD dump and decrypted ELF in its "WIN32" folder. I didn't have the time to write a documentation for it, so use with caution. The MBR is not 48bit patched, so the ___system partition must be within the first 124GB area.
