This disc was bundled with the French edition of the OPS2M and it's labeled "OPS2M Demo 2" SCED-50066.
According to Redump, the disc contents (track 1 MD5) match the UK version of the OPS2M Demo 3 SCED-50066.
Another dumper (hardrider) reported the same thing.
According to crimson-ceremony.net, the German edition has the same game titles and the same label as this French disc.
