The promo DVD was given to people who pre-ordered the Japanese Gamecube release of the game. There are three different disc labels (разное оформление дисков, содержание идентично); Leon, Ashley, and Ada. The contents are:

- Dismissed Biohazard 4 (footage of an earlier, cancelled version)
- Trailers: Las Vegas January 2004, E3 2004, TGS 2004, Japanese retailers January 2005
- Killer7 Video
- Biohazard II: Apocalypse (Film) Video
