Unrar and copy the BIEXEC-DVDPLAYER folder into your MC. I know it sounds too easy but you will see, I works.

Thanks for uploading your MC, but it will not work. dvdplayer.elf and dvdplayer.irx were re-signed for your MC by the PSBBN disc, with a unique CARD signature. It means that the files cannot be decypted by the MechaCon and cannot be executed. "3.04" is shown in the console version screen because of the file "dvdplayer.id", but the console's DVD Player is getting executed instead of the MC installed DVD Player.
That's why I need a BIN/CUE of the PSBBN disc.

I guess you don't just want an iso file made by ImgBurn right?

I think ImgBurn only dumps DVDs.
Like AKuHAK mentioned, IsoBuster makes proper dumps but the described method is not correct :
Right-click on
CD, select
Extract CD <Image> ->
RAW (*.bin, *.iso),
then choose
*.bin as type.
Oh, and I've another request. If possible, can you please insert your PSBBN 0.32 disc in your PS2 and run
MUTILITE.ELF ?
You should see something like that :
All I need is the cdvdKey.
