GamerNostalgic, its just random discs archived to one archive. Both Cool and thos one person credited in OP are not trustfull enough. Look to scans - PAL discs in NFSC box. Its just random screens with same random images.
Use search on forum and download each of this 3 discs from their own threads.
Moreover according to ReDump both PAL and NTSC 3in3 Collector's Edition use same discs.
Also according to ReDump GTA 2 PAL edition use 1.0 version and not 1.1 version (there is big confusion which are superior since some files on Rev.B 1.1 is older than 1.0).
PAL CE edition use Special Edition of London 69 - stanalone version. So GTA London 69 and GTA 2 on PS 1 collections and here on this site/rorum are present in two variants both.
NTSC got only one version for each game even London 69 never get standalone variation. That mean CE NTSC completely not worth to have. If there is some post-release updates-fixes-improvments they are made for PAL region. CE or not? Special Edition or not? Original or Alternative? Confusing but anyway better than NTSC.
