Innocent Tears is a Strategy RPG by Global A Entertainment. Released December 5, 2002, only in Japan.

Innocent Tears was originally planned for the Sega Dreamcast but got canned when the Dreamcast got discontinued, so like a few other Dreamcast exclusive games it got carried over to the Xbox.

The game takes place on a ruined Earth in the 22nd century, where two rival factions of people with paranormal abilities fight for the fate of the normal humans. The main character Haruaki is the leader of the Fallen Angels, a group that protects the human race from the manipulative and murderous Angels, who hunt and devour people. The game boasts 30 integral characters split between these opposed clans.

Innocent Tears uses a robust 3D engine that renders characters, monsters and backgrounds in polygons. Despite being completely polygonal, Innocent Tears manages to retain much of the hand-drawn beauty of its anime character designs. The character designer is Hiroyuki Utatane, who is best known as the manga creator of Seraphic Feather, Countdown, Heaven's Prison and Lythis.

Also included included in this torrent is a rare doujinshi (self-published book) by him, titled "Innocent Tears: Angel Dust", featuring artworks from the game, mainly color illustrations and character design sketches.
