What white lines are you taking about? I can't see anything wrong with the screenshot..

Yes it's a known issue but I can't fix it after trying a lot of solutions on the internet like setting skipdraw: 3 but it makes another kind of issue.

I'll try external shaders (for the first time) from https://wiki.pcsx2.net/External_shaders

"Known issue" means that there aren't any fixes. It's just broken.

Minecapo, answering to your PM - bro, sorry but I dont use this emulator & dont know anything about it. And yeah emulators are often glitchy. Probably you should find the real PS2.
