REVS DESCRIPTION All Star Action is a compilation of 2 discs that contain the 12 games "Battle Trucks", "Xtreme Boarders", "Power Riders", "Revs", "Ride The Waves", "Speed Demon", "Stock Car Race", "Superbike GP", "Surfing Paradise", "Top Speed Rally", "Turbo Race 2" and "Water Power Jet". This compilation was only released in Europe. Power Riders is one the "new" games in this compilation: As a futuristic hovercraft racer, Power Riders plays like mix of F-Zero and Wipeout. The focus is more on attacking and damaging opponents than pure racing, but there are no ranged weapons available, forcing you to engage your opponents by more direct means than a volley of missiles. Most of the damage will be done by going up alongside an opponent and trying to hit his or her mech with a flailing punch attack. Other "new game" is Turbo Race 2, but uses the same engine of the other racing games in this compilation but with sports cars. Another "new game" is Super Bike GP, another racing game with superbikes vehicles and just 2 circuits. Top Speed Rally is the last "new game" in this compilation, at least they weren't released as standalone games, adding new sports cars and nothing more.
